Participants are required to register through the Registration System, here.
Early-bird registration will be available until April 1st, after which a regular fee will be applied. To have their extended abstracts included in the Conference Proceedings and their presentations admitted to the Technical Programme, authors must register before May 1st, 2023. Only one presentation per registered participant can be included in the Technical Program.
– Early-bird registration fee: 250€ (before April 1st)
– Regular registration fee: 300€ (before May 1st)–
– Regular registration fee: 250€ (from April 11th to May 1st – NOT including Conference Banquet due to logistic limitations)
Registration includes:
- Access to the Conference Proceedings (digital version);
- Possible publication in a special issue of an international journal associated;
- Participation in all scientific sessions;
- Reception cocktail;
- Lunches;
- Coffee-breaks;
- Conference Banquet (
limited to the first 250 registrationsCLOSED)
Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute will be refunded if a request is received in writing one month before the conference, but there will be a cancellation fee of 100€. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of extended abstracts.
